Our cuisine, traditional and modern at the same time, combines Japanese technique and excellence, with national and Japanese products of high quality and freshness.

We have a menu with a wide variety of dishes and a daily menu at lunch, so you don't miss out on the quality of our dishes at a reasonable price.

Hiroo Miki was born in Osaka, Japan. His family ran a restaurant and from a very young age Miki began working in the restaurant.

In 1992 he moved to Madrid, Spain, where he began his work in the kitchens of Janatomo, Ginza and Miyama Flor Baja.

During his time between Janatomo and Ginza, he worked at the Zuberoa restaurant, Guipúzcoa, where he learned technique and dishes of Basque cuisine.

In 2014, he opened his eponymous restaurant in Madrid, where he can serve his traditional Japanese cuisine in a personal and casual way.
